Position Summary: • Set strategic vision and goals for the Physician Coverage teams while ensuring alignment with financial and operational performance targets • Foster partnerships with Medical Leadership and Physician Recruiting, including participation in compensation planning and routine executive reporting • Oversee all Physician Coverage responsibilities (licensure, rosters, scheduling, shift management, and program staffing) while eliminating coverage gaps and optimizing scheduling balance • Drive practice optimization initiatives by balancing radiologist capacity, workflow, volume changes, and financial benchmarks • Lead, coach, and develop the Scheduling Team and FPCP while supporting innovation, technology adoption, and continuous operational improvement DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience • 4-5 years of experience in operations supervision and/or project management • Knowledge of healthcare operations, with exposure to teleradiology preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders • High level of discretion, with a solutions-focused, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset WHy Radiology Partners: Competitive Benefits package – Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in operations supervision and/or project management
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, with exposure to teleradiology preferred
