Requirements

• Have 6–10+ years in operations or business leadership in an insurance environment
• Establish clear workflows and expectations in a fast-moving environment
• Can influence without authority (and actually get buy-in)
• Think in systems, not just tasks
• Drive accountability across leadership with clarity and consistency
