About The Position

Director of Operations Works with the Director on overall oversight of the program, ensuring regulations/funder expectations are met and management of the team. ➢ Other duties as assigned. ➢ Other Responsibilities: Location: This person will work onsite at Genny's Place In Lansdale PA

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, Master’s degree preferred.
5 years of supervisory experience managing programs and systems in nonprofit human services.
Familiarity with State regulations governing services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Demonstrates strategic, analytical, and creative thinking.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to engage and work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
Excellent listening skills to manage conflict and investigations.
Demonstrate skills in organizational management with the ability to coach and develop staff, create, and lead high performance teams, and set and achieve strategic objectives.
Ability to hold people accountable for outcomes in a clear, direct, respectful, and supportive manner.
Ability to work with a diverse population of clients and staff.
CPR/First Aid, MAP certification (training provided upon hire).
Telephone, cellular telephone, copier, fax, computer, calculator
Computer literacy in MS Office products; Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
Individual must be able to meet physical requirements of the job: Sitting at a meeting table or desk - Reaching - Lifting - Bending - Standing - Stooping - Twisting - Climbing steps - Driving a vehicle
Lifting Requirements: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
