About The Position
At SeoulSpice, the mission is to share Korea’s delicious food, warm hospitality, and vibrant culture. SeoulSpice serves fresh Korean food made from scratch with love, based on traditional family recipes prepared and cooked by hand using house-marinated meats, fresh produce, and bold sauces and toppings. The Director of Operations is a senior leader accountable for regional performance, profitability, and brand consistency. This role involves leading a team of Area Managers and General Managers, translating company strategy into effective field execution, with a focus on team development, operational efficiency, and guest experience across multiple locations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous operational standards and ensure consistent execution of the SeoulSpice brand experience in every market.
- Field Leadership & Talent Development: Build and develop a high-performing team of Area Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and internal promotion.
- Performance & Profitability: Own the regional P&L by identifying opportunities, addressing gaps, and ensuring strong financial performance across all restaurants.
- Strategy Execution: Drive the rollout and adoption of company initiatives and programs at the field level.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Culinary, HR, and other teams to ensure alignment, continuous improvement, and strong representation of field insights to the Support Center.
- Familiarity with the Google Workspace suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
