About The Position

The Director of Operations owns the full operational engine of ELIFIN. That means the back office, transaction management, property marketing, office administration, incoming leads, agent support, platform management, and the team of people responsible for all of it. This is not a distance-leadership role. You're in it. You're accountable for outcomes, not just oversight. You set the standard. You run the systems we have and build new systems to take us to the next level. You make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and when something does, you own it and fix it. You'll lead a team of support staff and you'll be the person who makes sure our agents have everything they need to perform, our offices are client-ready, our processes are airtight, and our deadlines are always met.

Requirements

4+ years of experience managing a team directly, with a track record of building accountability
Background in operations, ideally inside a fast-paced, high-growth company
Experience building or improving business processes, not just running them
Extremely tech-forward — you learn new tools fast and you're not afraid of them
Deadline-driven and precise — you track what's due and you don't miss
Willing to do whatever it takes, regardless of whether it "fits your title"
High personal standard and the ability to hold others to one without burning them out
Familiarity and experience with AI tools
