Excelsia Injury Care provides management services to a network of healthcare companies, supporting them in delivering comprehensive rehabilitation, diagnostic, surgical, and pain management services for individuals affected by post-traumatic neuro-musculoskeletal injuries. With 95 locations across Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Virginia, we ensure accessible, high-quality care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Requirements

  • High school Graduate or GED equivalent
  • Knowledge of advanced work-related subjects
  • Successful completion of corporate orientation program
  • Ongoing related continuing education participation
  • Five or more years in a related supervisory capacity
  • 1-2 years of medical experience in an administrative/legal/ physician office setting
  • Previous computer skills to include (data entry, word perfect, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Leads the team of district managers and corporate trainers to ensure smooth operation of medical offices
  • Develop agenda and coordinate logistics (with the support of the Executive Assistant) for all provider and manager meetings
  • Act as a liaison between Compliance, BSO staff, and providers to ensure that audits and retraining are completed (e.g. dictation)
  • Investigate patient complaints that are reported to Compliance related to operational issues
  • Assists in ensuring that operations tasks related to integrations are completed prior to the required milestone dates
  • Manages a variety of projects to be assigned by the COO- PA Market
  • Hire, train, and provide development opportunities for the district managers
  • Work in conjunction with the Medical and Chiropractic directors when clinical issues effect operations
  • Act as an escalation point for clinical office managers, providers, and district management team
  • Provide the district managers with the data needed to have line of sight into the overall operational health of their assigned offices
  • Ensure that each member of the district management team is performing all duties in his or her job description
  • Manage and ensure compliance of HIPAA, regulations and company processes
  • Improve office processes and manage the implementations
  • Ensure financial and operational objectives of offices are realized
  • Work with marketing representative to develop concepts for growth in target areas
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily and react to needs
  • Provide regular reporting in accordance with Excelsia standards
  • Manage and trouble-shoot corporate, providers, patient, family, attorney and other inquiries
  • Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s ESG goals
  • May work as a back-up district manager or office manager when needed
  • Responsible for ensuring that direct reports complete any company-required trainings by deadline to maintain compliance
  • Conducts regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with direct reports to provide support, address challenges, and foster professional growth.
  • Leads recurring team meetings and ensures timely completion of annual performance reviews, delivering constructive feedback to support individual and team development.
  • Lead with integrity by upholding our core values and ensuring that all operations align with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Foster a culture of corporate responsibility by incorporating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into business practices, positively impacting the patients we serve, our employees, and the communities we reach.
  • Manages the Medical Provider Schedule and is responsible for medical provider timekeeping.
