About The Position

Lone Star Restaurants is a rapidly growing Burger King franchise group that recently took over 13 locations in the East Texas market, with plans to expand to 50+ stores over the next few years. We are building a high-performing leadership team and are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and scale multi-unit performance across the portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing leaders, improving profitability, and supporting aggressive growth.

Requirements

8+ years of multi-unit QSR or restaurant operations leadership experience (Director of Ops, Area Director, Sr. Operations Manager, or similar)
Proven track record managing high-volume restaurants and large teams
Strong financial acumen with experience driving P&L performance
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Hands-on, results-driven mindset

Experience scaling operations or supporting growth preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations (currently 13, with expansion underway)
Lead and develop District Managers and Restaurant General Managers to deliver strong results in sales, labor, guest experience, and food safety
Drive execution of brand standards, operational systems, and performance metrics
Analyze P&Ls and key KPIs to improve profitability and operational efficiency
Partner with ownership on growth strategy, new store openings, remodels, and market expansion
Build strong team culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations
