Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • A minimum of 6 years of healthcare management experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a Surgical Breast and Plastics Program is highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and strategic planning for Key Surgical Specialty.
  • Provide direction and lead new initiatives within Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery and the Women’s Center.
  • Responsible for physician recruitment as well as budget development, allocation and monitoring for all areas of responsibility.
  • Development of management team and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Recruitment of all support staff to include hiring, training and retention.
  • In collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain VP, conducts financial analysis of all areas of responsibility and identifies key spend areas for reduction in cost.
