About The Position

The Director of Operations Administrator (DO Admin) provides high-impact operational, people, and business support to the Directors of Operations and market leadership teams. This role acts as a strategic enabler, ensuring seamless support of procedures and data visibility, executing people processes with consistency, accuracy, and foresight. Demonstrated ability to expand operator capacity by streamlining processes, improving focus, and enabling leaders to spend more time building sales, developing teams, and driving business results. The DO Admin partners closely with the Directors of Operations, Operating Partners, HR, Finance, Training, and RSC partners to translate strategy into action, support market priorities, and create efficiency through organization, communication, and disciplined follow-through. This position plays a critical role in supporting leadership effectiveness, financial analysis, and administrative execution across the market.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations support, administrative leadership, or business coordination, for director level or above, preferably in a multi-unit restaurant or retail environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and comfort working across multiple systems
  • Expertise required in Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner across functions and leadership levels
  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Directors of Operations, supporting day-to-day priorities, scheduling, communications, and preparation for key meetings
  • Coordinate market rhythms including leadership calls, 1:1s, regional meetings, and follow-up documentation
  • Prepare weekly, period-end, and ad-hoc reports related to sales, labor, waste, guest experience, and operational KPIs
  • Compile and analyze weekly and period-end reporting, including sales, flow-through, labor, waste, overtime, and G&A metrics
  • Support period-end-closing processes, rollups, and summaries for leadership visibility
  • Assist with realignment analysis, budget tracking, and data accuracy across systems
  • Track completion of required compliance, food safety, health inspections, and operational audits
  • Manage travel coordination, expense reporting, and audit support for leadership
  • Prepare agendas, notes, decks, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings
  • Partner with other Admins to share best practices, standardize processes, and improve efficiency
