About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and oversee clinical operations at a long-term care facility. The DON will ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective leadership of the nursing team.
Requirements
- Active RN License in Illinois
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care setting required
- Strong leadership, clinical, and regulatory knowledge
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations within the facility

- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
