Immanuel Communities is seeking an Executive Director for Long Term Care to work at Newport House located at 6798 North 67th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68152. Newport House has 24 skilled nursing/rehabilitation and 72 long-term care suites. The overall purpose of this role is to provide strategic and operational leadership for a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing community, ensuring the mission remains at the forefront of all decisions and actions. This leader is accountable for delivering high-quality care and exceptional customer service, as reflected in strong census performance, resident and employee satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and achievement of operating margin goals. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community; recruiting, developing, and retaining qualified team members; leading admissions and outreach efforts to achieve and sustain desired census levels; and managing financial performance to ensure operations remain within budget.
