OPEN JOB: Director of Nursing Labor and Delivery LOCATION: Joshua Tree, California Relocation Assistance Available SHIFT: Days BASE SALARY - USD $135,200 to $216,320 This position qualifies for a $25,000 sign on bonus. IDEAL CANDIDATE: At least 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a Manager or Director. 5 years of experience working an RN in Labor and Delivery. California RN License Our client, A 60-bed acute primary care facility is seeking a Nursing Director of Labor and Delivery for immediate hire. Primary Duties: Leads by example to promote excellence in resident care Demonstrates ability to delegate and achieve results through others. Demonstrates ability to work within the departmental budget Functions as a valued member of the administrative team. Demonstrates understanding of and ensures compliance with all state, federal and Joint Commission requirements. Requirements
- 5 years experience as an RN
- 2 years supervisory experience at a manager or director-level
- Current RN License
- Current CPR certification
