About The Position
TK Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead daily clinical operations and nursing services at the Pulaski County Jail in Little Rock. The Director of Nursing (DON) partners closely with custody leadership, ensures regulatory compliance and quality standards, and leads a mission-driven nursing team providing care where the need is highest. TK Health provides comprehensive correctional healthcare services across multiple states, supporting facilities with inmate populations ranging from 25 to 2,000. Requirements
- Current, valid, unrestricted Arkansas RN license
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Correctional healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation , including holidays and inclement weather as needed
- Valid, unrestricted RN license
- 2 Years Minimum Supervisory Experience
- 1 Year Corrections experience preferred
- Current CPR
- Ability to pass a background check
