Manages and assumes responsibility of all aspects of the delivery of nursing services by appropriately using clinical and administrative knowledge base through responsibility and accountability. This is a Full-time position. Duties to Include (but not limited to): Maintains ongoing survey readiness (policies, documentation, staffing, competencies, QA monitoring). Coordinates nursing response during state/CMS surveys; ensures staff are prepared to answer questions and demonstrate processes. Leads/assists with plans of correction (POCs), allegations of non-compliance, and sustained compliance monitoring after survey. Ensures nursing policies/procedures align with current federal/state rules and evidence-based practice. Available 24/7 on call. On call responsibilities shared with Evening Nursing Supervisor. Able to work a shift if unable to cover it to maintain state staffing ratios. Responsible for coordination of staffing schedule via OnShift scheduling software. Leads daily clinical rounds to review resident physical, mental and emotional status and implements required nursing intervention.
