The Director, Network and Voice Services is responsible and accountable for the organization’s network and voice environments, including their design, planning, operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role oversees several teams responsible for the planning and engineering of the network and voice infrastructure, ensuring hardware and software support the organization's strategic goals and objectives, particularly for ease of care delivery. The incumbent collaborates with IT peers and leaders, manages strategic vendors, and performs strategy and architecture planning for network and voice architecture. Working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, the Director, Voice and Network Services is accountable to leaders across infrastructure and application pillars and directly manages three teams: Network Engineering, Network and Voice Operations, and Voice Networking.
