Job Title: Director of Multi-Family Partnerships or Director of Single Family Partnerships (2 seperate job openings) Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite Duration: Permanent job Salary: $75k - 90k base - 150-180K OTE (50/50 split - half salary, half bonus/incentives) What we are looking for: A consistent top performer with a track record of beating quota-your shelf has the awards and Presidents Club photos to prove it. Requirements

  • Experience selling into the Real Estate eco system - will be primarily targeting property management companies....selling to executives, sr. Leadership at mid-large market Prop management companies, anywhere from 5k-50k units under management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for single-family or multi-family partnerships, securing four meaningful partnerships per month, each generating approximately $5K monthly net revenue.
  • Become an expert in the multi-family or single familyhome ecosystem, identifying and developing opportunities across utility concierge firms, homebuilders, loan officers, real estate agencies, and home services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Success, Marketing, Product, and Sales Ops to ensure your partners succeed from onboarding through ongoing management.
  • Proactively analyze and optimize partnership performance, market dynamics, and competitive strategies to continually improve and grow your vertical.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team to scale single-family partnerships effectively.
