About The Position

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives for the William Hill Sportsbook business in Nevada. This role will set the strategic direction for Customer Lifecycle, Acquisition Marketing, and Field Marketing. The Director of Marketing will support our retail and mobile sportsbook offerings, as well as initiatives in collaboration with our casino partners. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of the sports betting industry, customer lifecycle management, and partnership marketing. This position requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive growth and engagement across multiple channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
  • Minimum five years of experience in a leadership position
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Creative, innovative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop working relationships with peers and coordinate activities with operating departments
  • Ability to analyze competitive information and internal financial information and develop plans with measurable results
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership Define and execute the marketing strategy for William Hill Sportsbook in Nevada across mobile and retail channels.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • CRM & Customer Engagement Lead CRM strategy to optimize customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Partner with CRM execution team to deliver strategy to customers.
  • Oversee segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns leveraging data insights.
  • Customer Acquisition Drive acquisition strategies for mobile app and retail sportsbook customers.
  • Manage paid media, partnerships, and promotional campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Field Marketing Develop and execute localized marketing initiatives to support retail sportsbook locations.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure on-site activations and promotions enhance customer experience.
  • Casino Partner Marketing Partnering with Director of Sportsbook Performance to build and maintain strong relationships with casino partners.
  • Create co-branded marketing programs that drive mutual growth and engagement.
  • Analytics & Performance Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets effectively and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Lead organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
  • Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
  • Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
  • Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where team members feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
