Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals to drive profitable growth and brand equity
- Drive adoption of ProEdge's offerings through impactful product positioning, organized marketing efforts, and compelling content
- Manage, coach, and support marketing team for continuous improvement, brand alignment, and goal achievement
- Lead the team in with an obsessed customer focus, with comprehensive and personal understanding of each persona's needs, desires, values, and fears
- Oversee the creation and execution of demand-generation programs through inbound and outbound marketing channels
- Develop impactful promotions that create attention while maximizing profitability
- Analyze marketing metrics, market trends and customer insights to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, and email marketing
- Collaborate with sales to create alignment between lead generation and sales enablement efforts
- Work closely with product teams to provide customer insights, develop white papers, surveys, launch products with impact, and communicate value propositions effectively
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
- Represent ProEdge at key tradeshows and industry events, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success leadership to enhance engagement and follow-through on opportunities
- Create and deliver regular reports on marketing performance to the leadership team
