As a Director of Marketing Operations, you are responsible for the oversight and management of the teams responsible for the organization’s communications to members which are centered around the products/services/events that benefit their financial well-being and the credit union’s balance sheet. You will manage the execution of internal corporate communications channels, programs, and systems to ensure cohesive internal communications are delivered to employees. Marketing project management and partnership with leaders, support departments, and other stakeholders to ensure successful communications are being delivered to members and employees are also key functions of this role.
