A strategic push into PQLs, lead scoring, and multi-touch attribution as core growth levers. An upcoming, AI-native Agreement Hub platform that will redefine how SMBs create, negotiate, and manage all agreement workflows. Now we’re looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to scale up our predictable growth engine and drive these new core levers. As Director of Marketing Operations, you will lead the team that designs, runs, and continuously improves the systems, processes, and insights that power our entire marketing engine. You’ll be a key member of both the Revenue Operations leadership team and the Marketing leadership team, partnering tightly with Marketing, Sales, Growth, RevOps, and Finance. You’ll own everything from lead management and funnel alignment to PQL frameworks, attribution models, and martech strategy. We have a large, multi-million-dollar marketing budget, a broad channel mix, and increasingly ambitious goals across events, partner marketing, and developer marketing; you’ll be the person ensuring all of that spend turns into efficient, compounding growth. This role calls for someone who loves to build: systems, processes, teams, a marketing engine. You’ll need equal parts executive presence and roll up your sleeves. You are someone willing to jump into a Marketo/HubSpot flow, a Salesforce report, or an attribution model one moment, and present tradeoffs on spend and funnel dynamics to the executive team the next.
