We are seeking a Director of Communications to play a central role in shaping how our company tells its story as we continue our growth journey and brand evolution. This is a highly visible leadership position for a communications professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and storytelling. The Director of Communications reports to the Vice President of Marketing and will be responsible for developing and delivering clear, compelling narratives across multiple channels while ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through completion. This role requires equal strength in project management and hands-on writing, along with the confidence to work directly with clients and senior executives. We prioritize candidates who are based in the Dallas area and able to come into the office two or three times a week.
