About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing & Communications to lead and scale our brand across the Maryland, DC, and Virginia markets. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can think like a strategist and execute like an operator , owning everything from brand positioning to lead generation and agent recruitment. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we grow: attracting qualified buyers and sellers, elevating our market presence, and helping recruit top-performing agents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5–10+ years of marketing experience (real estate experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven success leading marketing strategy and driving measurable results
  • Strong expertise across digital platforms, analytics, and campaign optimization
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing
  • Real estate license (MD or VA)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Own and evolve brand positioning across all channels and client touchpoints
  • Drive digital marketing performance across social media, SEO, email, website, and paid platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube)
  • Build and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation, conversion, and agent recruiting
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve ROI
  • Partner closely with sales, leadership, and tech teams to align marketing with business objectives
  • Oversee content strategy (video, social, lifestyle branding) and maintain a high-quality content calendar
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and timelines with accountability and efficiency
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to scale content and marketing performance
