Responsibilities

  • Market Growth & Business Development: Drive growth in your local market by building referral relationships and expanding service lines
  • Identify opportunities to increase client volume and market share
  • Partner with sales and clinical teams to grow your branch
  • Lead all hiring decisions for caregivers and office staff
  • Build a strong, reliable, and compassionate care team
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to scale your workforce based on demand
  • Help determine pay rates, staffing models, and scheduling strategies
  • Manage branch performance including hours, utilization, and productivity
  • Make decisions that balance growth, quality, and financial outcomes
  • Ensure high-quality care delivery and client satisfaction
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and service coordination
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
  • Set expectations and hold your team accountable to results
  • Develop and coach leaders within your branch
  • Drive a culture of performance, ownership, and teamwork
