About The Position

Essential Functions Excellent communication skills, organization, and planning, and interpersonal skills especially in the areas of collaboration, problem solving, and decision making. Ability to work without close supervision, meet deadlines, handle confidential information in a professional manner, manage multiple priorities and constituents, think and plan strategically, develop and implement effective solutions to problems, and work effectively with a variety of constituents including students, faculty, staff, and governmental agencies. Experience in data tools, management, analysis, planning, and reporting. Ability to make prioritized recommendations based on interpretation of data, resource investment and budget projections. Demonstrated ability to build consensus and positive relationships based on trust and communication. Demonstrated record of success in developing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with groups at various levels including universities and external partners. An effective and collaborative leadership style that incorporates organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong change management, project management, and team building skills.
