Right at Home is looking for an experienced Director of Learning & Enablement. In this position, you will ensure strategic initiatives from an operational lens are translated into coordinated execution, clear franchisee communication, and sustained adoption across the system. By aligning project management, franchisee engagement, and learning strategy, this role drives disciplined rollout and long-term capability development in support of the Right at Home operating model, including ownership of core Franchisee training and RightStart Residence Week as a critical onboarding milestone. The ideal candidate will have a special talent for driving action and building consensus among diverse stakeholders, including executive leaders, franchise business owners, and operational stakeholders. They should enjoy leading cross-functional, high-impact, and meaningful strategic and change initiatives, and thrive in environments that allow for influence, coaching, and collaboration with diverse leaders and stakeholders.
