About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 14 The Team: You will lead the Education team within the Revenue organization, covering segment and solution training, commercial readiness, instructional design, and facilitation. This team partners closely with Revenue leadership, HR, Operations, Product, and Technology to deliver learning that enables commercial execution at scale. Responsibilities and Impact: This role will drive an AI-first learning transformation that strengthens sales and account management capability, accelerates ramp for new and early-career talent, and improves commercial effectiveness. You will ensure learning programs are tightly aligned to commercial strategy, transformation priorities, and measurable performance outcomes.
