The Director of Learning develops and implements a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the agency. This role will be responsible for all programs and processes that facilitate executive, leadership, professional development and continuous learning of employees across the organization. This role oversees the planning, designing, building, and implementation of all learning programs and processes to support our employees and their work.
