The Director of I=T provides hands-on strategic and operational leadership for Aspire Living & Learning’s technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust, secure, and scalable IT environment that advances Aspire’s mission. The Director oversees IT systems, networks, hardware, software, cybersecurity, and end-user support while ensuring seamless operations and alignment with organizational priorities. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions effectively support Aspire’s programs, services, and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including management of teams and enterprise systems.
  • Proven success in digital transformation, cloud migration and infrastructure oversight.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.
  • High initiative, sound judgment, and business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Management or Business Administration preferred.
  • ITIL certification required; vendor certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Apple) strongly preferred.
  • Experience in multi-site or nonprofit/human services environments strongly preferred.
