Oversees Information Technology, Security & Facilities departments. Directs resources, plus computer hardware & software, to meet organization needs. Position is located at company headquarters in Littleton, NH. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will organize, direct and administer departmental resources – computer hardware and software systems including a homegrown ERP system built upon an IBM-i – to meet the needs of departments across the company effectively and efficiently. Achievements must be accomplished within the time and budgetary constraints set by management.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced courses in computers, management techniques, budgeting
  • 6+ years Information Technology experience, including IT management, application development, infrastructure support (including network and telecom software), website development and systems security
  • Attention to detail and high level of organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IBM-i a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a technically competent staff who designs, implements and operates the systems needed to support the organization’s goals
  • Assist in the development of long-range plans, including the formulation of goals designed to meet objectives
  • Analyzing fiscal requirements for areas of responsibility, including staffing, equipment, supplies and external services.
  • Preparing expense and budget recommendations
  • Monitoring and reconciling expenditures
  • Ensuring the performance, safety and security of the organization’s physical building, plus IT hardware and software
  • Leading Steering Committees; recommend and implement IT policies, standards and procedures
