About The Position

As the Director of Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), you will oversee all aspects of program operations, clinical quality, and staff supervision within the IOP programs. This position is ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while maintaining a client centered approach to care. The Director will lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff. Ensure adherence to evidence based treatment models and trauma-informed care principles. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program integration, referrals, and community partners. Represent the organization in professional and community forums as a leader in behavioral Health services.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, social work, or related mental health field; valid Washington state licensure in mental health.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in advanced clinical/management practice
  • A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
