About The Position

Echo360 is seeking a Director of Global Integrated Marketing to lead the creative development and execution of compelling, cross-channel campaigns that elevate our brand and drive engagement across higher education and corporate learning markets worldwide. This role will focus on creative strategy, messaging, and integrated communications, shaping how Echo360 and The Echosystem-the world's first and only Learning Transformation Platform-are experienced globally. The ideal candidate is both a strategic and executional storyteller who can develop and translate customer and market insights into revenue-driving campaigns, unify messaging across regions, and collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success to ensure every touchpoint reinforces Echo360's value. While this position may manage a small team of marketing managers or agency partners, its emphasis is on communication and creative leadership, not operational oversight.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding and experience in brand positioning and messaging development in B2B SaaS or EdTech markets.
  • The ability to craft insight-driven narratives that move ICPs to action.
  • Strong conceptual thinking paired with flawless execution.
  • Experience leading global, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proven collaboration skills across teams and functions (Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Product).
  • Experience working with external agencies and creative partners to execute campaigns at scale.
  • Hands-on comfort with marketing tools, CRM, and AI-enabled creative or communications platforms.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias toward action, creativity, and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns that bring Echo360's brand story to life across digital, social, event, and customer channels.
  • Define global messaging frameworks that align to brand strategy and resonate across regional markets (North America, EMEA, and APAC).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate product and customer insights into audience-centered storytelling and content.
  • Ensure all campaign and communication materials reflect a unified, consistent voice and brand identity.
  • Oversee creative execution through collaboration with in-house talent, freelancers, and agency partners.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel, globally integrated marketing initiatives, combining content, digital, social, PR, and events, to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt campaigns for local relevance while maintaining brand and messaging consistency.
  • Support PR, thought leadership, and communications efforts to elevate Echo360's leadership position in the learning technology space.
  • Create cohesive campaign narratives that connect corporate, product, and customer communications under one strategic umbrella.
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure campaign messaging aligns with the customer journey, from awareness to adoption and advocacy.
  • Partner with the Demand Generation and Digital Marketing teams to ensure creative assets and messaging are optimized for performance and pipeline impact.
  • Contribute to the development of enablement materials and internal communications that reinforce key campaign messages and brand direction.
  • Champion Echo360's brand voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all materials and regions.
  • Guide the creation of engaging multimedia content, such as videos, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and social storytelling, that humanize the brand and drive emotional connection.
  • Use data, market insights, and customer feedback to inform and refine campaign messaging and creative concepts.
  • Manage and inspire creative partners, including designers, copywriters, video producers, and agencies, to deliver innovative and high-quality work on time and on brand.
  • Foster collaboration across global teams to share best practices and ensure efficiency in creative development.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative concepting, messaging personalization, and campaign execution.
  • Champion responsible and ethical use of AI in content creation and audience engagement.
