About The Position

The Director, Integrated Marketing is a corporate-based, highly collaborative leadership role designed to connect brand vision, corporate disciplines, and on-property expertise across the portfolio. Acting as a strategic partner to property teams this role ensures marketing efforts are aligned from a brand perspective while honoring in each property’s identity, location, and guest experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience within luxury or lifestyle hospitality. Previous experience at a Director level required
  • Demonstrated experience working on-property or closely with property teams in a multi-property or portfolio-based environment
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, guest experience, and experiential storytelling.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on collaboration and advisory partnership.
  • Experience collaborating across Commercial, Revenue, Marketing, and Creative disciplines
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed operation with dotted-line relationships

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with on-property sales and marketing leaders, General Managers, and corporate disciplines to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives that support both brand and business objectives.
  • Serve as a central connector across Brand, Commercial, Revenue, Experience, PR, Digital, and Creative to ensure alignment, clarity, and momentum.
  • Translate global brand priorities, campaigns, and messaging into clear, actionable guidance for property marketing teams
  • Originate and support brand-wide campaigns and promotions, with defined commercial and brand objectives.
  • Balance brand consistency with local creativity, empowering properties to bring the brand to life authentically
  • Provide strategic guidance, best practices, and creative frameworks that support property-led content creation and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with property teams to shape social media strategies that reflect each destination’s personality while reinforcing brand positioning.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to identify and activate storytelling opportunities across owned and earned channels.
  • Collaborate with corporate and property teams, as well as external agencies, to shape PR strategies that elevate brand reputation and destination storytelling.
  • Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, reinforcing a shared narrative across markets.
  • Partner with Development, Operations, and property leadership to support resort pre-openings, renovations, and repositionings.
  • Serve as primary brand-level support resource for property marketing teams, ensuring they feel supported, well informed, and set up for success.
  • Help streamline workflows, tools, and processes that make marketing more efficient and effective at the property level.
  • Surface insights, performance learnings, and on-the-ground feedback from properties to inform brand strategy and future initiatives.
