Crossroads Health, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with facilities located in Mentor, Painesville, and Cleveland, serves Northeast Ohio communities with comprehensive behavioral and primary integrated healthcare, early childhood services, extended housing and recovery services—no matter one’s ability to pay. Our mission is to provide hope, healing, and healthcare to everyone. We are looking for a mission-driven, detail oriented and personable individual to fill the position of Director of Integrated Healthcare. The Director of Integrated Healthcare position will be highly visible and will work closely with members of the executive management team, medical directors, clinical directors and supervisors, quality improvement director, administrative directors and other key constituents and partners. This position works with Psychiatry, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health and Primary Care promoting health care transformation and innovative models for integrated primary and behavioral health care. The Director of Integrated Healthcare has responsibilities including oversight of primary care clinical operations, strategy design, fiscal management, personnel, space utilization, planning, and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a clinic or managed care environment, health care payor systems, or integrated care initiatives required
  • Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare system, nonprofit management or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of full-time paid experience in program development/program consultation preferred.
  • LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt and/or knowledge of Health Center compliance requirements 18 measures highly desirable. Willingness to attain within 18 months of hire expected if not previously acquired.
  • Knowledge of Health Center compliance requirements 18 measures (post hire, employer training provided)
  • Experience in leadership capacity in similar situation high preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Directing the integration of clinical infrastructure to manage the Health Center and aligning primary care and behavioral health strategic initiatives.
  • Planning and developing a phased-in approach for expanded primary care clinical services, including employee health services, family ambulatory primary care services, pharmacy and other specialty services.
  • Providing healthcare integration leadership for operations; developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives; creative and economic endeavors; space utilization; communications; and planning.
  • Supervising day-to-day Health Center staff on all personnel matters, including recruitment, long-range position planning and performance management.
  • Providing fiscal planning and oversight with annual budget process, expenses and resource allocation. Will also develop and align financial controls/metrics with reporting requirements.
