The Director of Institutional Research provides strategic leadership for the collection, analysis, and reporting of institutional data that informs decision-making across the university. This role ensures that leaders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights to advance key functions and strategies at the university. Reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Director oversees all aspects of institutional research, including data governance, compliance reporting, and survey administration. The position supervises one professional staff member and collaborates closely with colleagues across academic and administrative units to foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
