The Director oversees compliance with all regulatory requirements and leads proactive risk management strategies to prepare for audits and monitoring visits. Additionally, this role requires fiscal stewardship to ensure sustainability and diversification of funding sources while fostering a high-performance, trauma-informed workforce.
