Requirements

• 10+ years Human Resources experience
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state & local employment and benefits law and regulatory requirements
• Ability to anticipate business needs, think proactively, exercise sound judgement and implement solutions
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills with ability to serve as a trusted advisor across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated success leading HR functions with a strategic orientation

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in related field preferred

• Serve on the executive leadership team providing strategic direction and oversight aligning HR functions with SFL organizational goals

• Recruiting, Retention, Exits
• Organizational Structure
• Employee Relations
• Compensation & Benefits
• Rewards and Recognition Programs
• Talent and Performance Management
