We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and guide our people strategy while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. This role partners closely with the President & CEO and senior leadership to ensure our talent, culture, and organizational practices support the company’s long-term success. The Director of HR oversees the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and development to engagement and retention—and serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on workforce matters. This role plays a key part in strengthening our culture, developing future leaders, and ensuring our people practices are effective, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
