As the Director of Human Resources, you will oversee HR operations at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Atlanta Motor Speeday and Darlington Raceway hospitality programs, supporting recruitment, team member engagement, training, compliance, and leadership development. This role will ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while aligning with Levy’s culture and operational goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience
  • Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and workforce planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, sports & entertainment, or high-volume service environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment strategies for management and hourly team members
