The Director of Human Resources is required to lead by example, be visible and available to associates representing the ownership’s core values that if you take of your associates, they will take care of your customers. As an integral member of the property Leadership Team, the Director of Human Resources will report directly to the Managing Director. This person is responsible for ensuring high levels of associates satisfaction and retention through: · Establishing effective talent acquisition, selection and retention programs. · Ensuring compensation and benefits are competitive and motivating. · Comprehensive labor modeling, succession and workforce planning. · Implementing consistent quality management development processes. · Instilling associate pride through rewards and recognition processes. In addition, the Director of Human Resources will partner with the Leadership teams at Prestonwood Country Club, SAS Conference Center, and SAS Institute to define shared resources and provide career progression for associates.
