You will partner closely with physician owners and senior leadership to develop scalable HR infrastructure, guide talent strategy, and ensure best-in-class employment practices across the organization. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience with strength in recruitment, benefits, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to support multiple office locations
  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in onboarding new practices or teams resulting from company acquisitions is highly desirable.

  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff, ensuring consistent and effective HR policies and programs
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding for staff and physicians
  • Oversee benefits strategy, education, enrollment, and leave management (FMLA, disability, workers compensation)
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and employment regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA, DOL, OSHA, etc.)
  • Proactively manage employee relations, coaching leaders toward effective problem resolution
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends and recommend competitive, sustainable programs
  • Direct staff training, counseling, corrective action, and performance management
  • Lead and continuously improve the annual performance appraisal process
  • Manage relationships with strategic vendor partners
  • Oversee the onboarding process for practices acquired through company acquisitions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and seamless integration.
