Works in accordance with established policies and procedures and/or specific instructions from the Executive Director to plan, coordinate, and direct the operations of the Human Resources Department. Responsible for coordinating hiring, disciplining and terminating employees according to State and Federal guidelines. Ensures compliance with local, state, and Federal labor laws.
