About The Position

The Director of Human Resources collaborates with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. This role plays a key part in leading HR initiatives that support Home Health operations and oversees all HR functions across multiple locations. They also manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and addressing employee grievances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Human Resources professional certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of broad HR experience across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience in working with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and standardize Human Resources programs that support the business strategy and HR vision.
  • Develop and maintain effective, scalable HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Provide sound guidance to Home Health Human Resources team in the areas of employee relations, HR related investigations, training and development, regulatory compliance, compensation initiatives and performance management that aligns with Company processes and standards.
  • Regular site visits to a variety of operations within the Home Health Line of Business to mentor and coach HR team with in-depth knowledge of best practice strategies and policies.
  • Understand business and industry factors to shape the development, implementation, and management of HR strategies.
  • Leverages HR metrics and business data to provide insights to the business and enable data-informed decision making.
