Director of Human Resources

Gateway Ticketing SystemsDouglass Township, PA
10d

About The Position

For 35+ years we’ve been providing innovative ticketing software solutions to some pretty cool industries including amusement parks, museums, attractions, zoos, and aquariums. We work with globally recognized destinations as well as lesser-known but locally loved attractions on six continents. Now, we are looking to add an experienced, Director of Human Resources to our executive team. Shape the culture. Lead the people strategy. Grow the company. We believe HR doesn’t exist to just create and enforce policies. It exists to build a company that works — for the business and the people inside it. We’re looking for a Director of Human Resources who sees HR as a strategic engine, not a back‑office function, across our U.S., Canada, and the U.K. locations. This role sits at the executive table and owns how our people strategy fuels growth, accountability, and performance. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to design systems that scale, develop leaders who care, and create an employee experience that’s both human and high‑performing. If you love building structure and culture — and you’re equally comfortable in a boardroom and a one‑on‑one — this role is for you. This is a hands on leadership role — you’ll design strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute it.
