About The Position

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the Human Resource Department
for Horseshoe Baltimore. The position reports to the General Manager the
property. The Director of HR will work with property leaders to recruit and
hire a world-class organization for Horseshoe Baltimore. The Director of HR will
ensure the property’s employees are properly trained and operationally ready for
a successful and on time opening.
