About The Position

The Director of Human Resources leads and oversees the HR functions of Magnum, ensuring the workforce is engaged, inspired, and productive. This role is a key advisor to senior management, providing insight and recommendations based on the latest HR trends and best practices. The Director of Human Resources manages a diverse range of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, employee training and development, and compliance.

  • Working knowledge of applicable computer programs, such as Microsoft OAice and ADP.
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administra on, or related field.
  • Experience as a Director of Human Resources or similar leadership role in HR management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Magnum’s business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Oversee performance management systems to promote employee growth and development.
  • Direct employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Address and HR-related legal issues.
  • Monitor key HR metrics.
  • Analyze data to drive decision making and improve HR operations.
  • Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Coordinate with insurance broker to assist with benefit administration and employee claims and issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
