Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of all human resources functions at Kirby Medical Center. This role provides leadership and guidance to all employee groups and the organization, including matters of job development and design, staffing levels, forecasting talent and workforce needs, serving as the administrator of employee benefit plans, oversees and participates in employee recruitment and retention, is responsible for employment-related regulatory compliance, employee health and safety, human resources policy and procedure development and maintenance, and working with staff and leaders to make Kirby Medical Center the best place for healthcare professionals to work. Supervisory responsibilities: currently supervises a staff of 2 FTEs
