About The Position
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing human resources support for the facility, which includes recruiting for vacant positions, conducting general employee orientations, maintaining all personnel records and files, conducting employee benefits and savings plus enrollment meetings, responding to insurance and unemployment compensation correspondence, employment verifications and organizing all employee activities and in-services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field is preferred; Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office.
- Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.
