Medstar is seeking an experienced, people-centered Director of Human Resources to help lead a growing, respected organization in emergency medical services. This is a senior leadership role for someone who wants to build, guide, and strengthen an HR function that directly supports caregivers, clinicians, and the communities we serve. This position works closely with the CEO and executive leadership team and plays a central role in shaping culture, talent strategy, and organizational development across a large, mission-driven EMS and healthcare organization. Healthcare or EMS experience is highly valued, as is an understanding of the realities of a 24/7 service organization. Experience working with organized labor is helpful, but not required.
