About The Position

The Director of Human Resources reports to and partners closely with the Vice
President of Administration and senior leaders to shape and execute HR
strategies that support BYU-Pathway’s mission, strategic initiatives, objectives
and global growth. This role serves as a senior HR leader responsible for
end-to-end HR execution, translating organizational priorities into scalable
talent, culture, and workforce solutions across a diverse, international
environment. The director is responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory
compliance issues for BYU-Pathway, and partners with legal counsel to meet
requirements, including compliance and labor related matters. The Director of
Human Resources represents BYU-Pathway with the Church’s HR Department (HRD),
multiple Church entities, and within the CES-HR community.  The Director of
Human Resources oversees an HR team of three HR Managers who serve as business
partners to the organization, as well as two HR Generalists and several student
employees.
