Provide consultative guidance to hotel leaders across recruitment, benefits, performance management, and employee relations. Lead full-cycle recruitment while maintaining a strong candidate experience and compliance with hiring practices. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and support Workers’ Compensation and safety initiatives. Champion associate engagement, training, and recognition programs aligned with Atrium’s values. Oversee performance development efforts and support leadership in driving accountability and development. Represent the hotel in the community through engagement and CSR efforts.
